12 Vidya Poshak students clear the IIT JEE (Main)
From the first batch of 24 being trained by Vidya Poshak, 12 students have cleared the JEE mains. Shamanth Basidoni has secured the highest score in Dharwad (210/360). Vidyaposhak with the support of TATA Motors has been training these meritorious but economically challenged students. Faculties from IIT/NIT of Avanti Learning Centres, Mumbai coached and mentored the students. With national average being just 10%, Vidyaposhak has done a tremendous job by helping 50% of the students clear one of the toughest exams in the very first batch. These kids are now qualified to take the IIT JEE Advanced for the admission to the coveted IITs.
Vidya Poshak has already started accepting admission for the new IIT-JEE batch for the students who have completed SSLC in 2017. Upto 100% scholarship will be provided for poor and meritorious students who qualify in our entrance test.
